Chris Anderson, Broker-in-Charge of King & Society Real Estate, exclusively represented the owner, Ford’s Red-Mix Corporation, in both the disposition of the asset and the negotiation of a lease with the purchaser for an additional industrial site at 1527 King Street Extension in downtown Charleston, SC.
