A perk of owning a Charleston property is access to all of the cultural events that take place in the city. One such event is the Latin American Festival, which will occur on Sunday, October 15, 2017. Celebrate the vibrant colors, upbeat music, and delicious food of the Latin world at the festival. Come on out to North Charleston Wannamaker County Park from noon to 6 p.m. to take part in the festivities. Admission is free for Gold Pass members and kids 12 and under. The cost for entry for adults is $10 and students with an ID will be $5. Bring your ID along to purchase alcohol, and please leave dogs, outside food, and alcohol at your Charleston property, as these are not allowed at this event.
Charleston Property Owners Head to Wannamaker Park for The Fun on October 15th

The entertainment line up starts with Sharey & su grupo Klave at 12 p.m. Next will be the Buen Ache Dance Company at 1 p.m. followed by Capoeira Charleston at 1:30 p.m. The Bakalo Stars take the stage at 2 p.m. Cheer on the dancers participating in the Salsa dance contest at 3 p.m. Dj Luigi of Latin Groove Charleston will be providing the music for the contest as well as for a Traditional Dress Fashion Show/Desfile Trajes Tipicos. Stick around for the last entertainment of the evening at 4:30 p.m. compliments of Tribute to Celia Cruz by Orquesta Mayor.
