Born and raised in Charleston, Katie Vanscoy brings local perspective and strong financial expertise to her role as Financial Analyst at King & Society. She first joined the company as an intern the summer before her senior year of college and began her full-time role in May 2025 after graduating from the College of Charleston with a B.S. in Finance.
In her position as Financial Analyst, Katie supports the financial modeling, budgeting, and analytical needs across King & Society’s real estate, construction, and development divisions. Her attention to detail, technical skill set, and collaborative approach help ensure clarity and accuracy throughout the company’s financial planning processes.
When she’s not working, Katie enjoys traveling, spending time on the water, golfing, and being with friends.
