J. Gordon Oliver Jr. is a Charleston native with a deep-rooted connection to the rich history and natural beauty of the Lowcountry. Gordon is a legacy graduate of the Citadel (2021), where he honed valuable skills in discipline, leadership, and commitment. After earning his bachelor’s in business administration with a specialization in finance, Gordon then pursued an MBA from the Citadel.

 

With a solid foundation in finance, Gordon transitioned seamlessly into the world of real estate as a licensed real estate agent at King & Society. In this role, he conducts thorough market research to identify investment opportunities and maintains strong relationships with local developers and homeowners. Gordon’s meticulous organizational skills and commitment to staying up to date on industry trends ensure that he offers clients a streamlined and informed experience. His dedication to continuous improvement and adherence to industry regulations make him a trusted partner in the real estate journey.

 

Prior to his real estate career, Gordon honed his financial expertise as an Investment Banking Associate at Sequence Holdings. His responsibilities included building relationships with various financial organizations, marketing alternative investments, and implementing customer relationship management software. Additionally, Gordon’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to found and successfully sell an online marketplace specializing in microbrewery beer distribution, showcasing his versatility and business acumen. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Gordon is an Eagle Scout and an enthusiastic volunteer, making him a well-rounded individual ready to assist clients with their real estate needs in Charleston.
